About Anikó

Anikó Redman left Eastern Europe in 1990 to pursue her scientific career. Her studies, and later her work as a medicinal chemist took her from Hungary to Iowa, Texas, Connecticut, and finally to North Carolina.

She is the owner of Sweet Retreat Orchard, a holistic pick-your-own farm.
